In the target company, a change request can be created for a master data record. As a data steward of the source company, you can manage master record change requests in the source company.

Procedure 1. Click Master data management - Operation. 2. Click the All change requests tab. 3. In the list, find and select the desired record. 4. Click Edit. 5. Sub-task: Filter the change requests. 6. Select an option in the Only assigned to me field. 7. In the Status field, select an option. 8. In the Period field, select an option. 9. Sub-task: View and discuss change request. 10. On the Master record change requests section, in the list, find and select the desired record. 11. Expand the Discussion section. 12. In the 'Your notes' text box, type your question or response. 13. Click Save. Note: - As a result, the description, as entered in the 'Your notes' text box, is added to the Discussion section. - Each time you click Save, the current content of the 'Your notes' text box is added as a new entry to the Discussion section! 14. A master record is a master data entity record that is subscribed to one or more companies. For these companies, the record serves as master data. You can send each new or changed master record to the defined companies.

In the Master record change requests section, in the list, find and select the desired record. 6. Click Change status. 7. Click Completed. 8. Close the page.
